Realistically, any weight loss program will take time. Tip # 1
Walking. You can strengthen your legs and heart as well burn some calories in the process just by setting aside 30 minutes each day to enjoy a leisurely stroll.

Tip # 2
Utilize a mini cycle. These little units look like bicycle pedals set up on a small bar but doesn't have the high price of an exercise bike. Anywhere you can comfortably sit and reach the pedals like on a couch or at your desk is where you can use the mini cycle.

Tip # 3
Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. This is a terrific weight loss exercise without even noticing the extra effort. Simply taking a few extra steps everyday will have great benefits as far as losing weight is concerned. Park in the middle of the parking lot and walk to the store the next time you go shopping. Avoid parking in the closest spot to the door, which is tempting, but opt to walk instead.

Tip # 4
You don’t necessarily have to cut out all of your favorite foods, but you should eat them in moderation. There is no single food that will completely hinder your weight loss attempt but, if consumed excessively, it may. for example, simply limit your intake to just one candy bar or a miniature candy bar if you are really being careful. There is no reason to cut out your favorite food when a conservative amount of the things we love can still have a place in our lives, including during the times that we are focusing on weight loss.

Whatever your exercise routine, set aside a certain time each day to do it. Rather than exercising only when you have time, set up a regular routine where you will be more likely to stay with it. The goal to a healthy weight diet is to make time.

Loose weight diet for men inc Exercise?

I go the gym quite often now, but i put on alot of weight since I stopped going nearly 2 years ago.

Start with a solid base of vegetables. Make sure you have a variety of types and colors. Add some fruit, especially berries. This should comprise the majority of the carbohydrates you take in. Add some meat, fish, poultry, and eggs, some nuts and seeds. Have some yogurt, preferably Greek yogurt without sugars added. You can mix fruit and nuts into it. Eat a bit of hard cheese as well. Drink some whole milk if you wanty to gain weight.

Avoid sugars and starchy foods. Contrary to popular belief, eating a lot of grains is not going to provide you with optimum health. You can get all of the carbs and fiber you need by eating enough vegetables and fruit.
