Curb Food Addiction
If you are in search of a no frills answer to how to stop craving food – I’d have to say just stop eating in large portions but is this really it?. I have heard this line a different times before and used to say it a lot at my work place, at home at work and while with my friends. Let me spend a few minutes sharing about food cravings.
It is not eating too much that causes food cravings or weight gain but it is the selection of food you indulge in. For example, you can find them in nuts, whole-grain cereals fruits, leafy green vegetables, whole-grain cereals fruits, rice, meats, eggs, milk and fish.
