I'm using it for personal use in my home.

That is a very expensive and large popcorn popper.
The Hobart commercial equipment is heavy duty and will last longer than cheaper made products. Part of the reason for a business to buy Hobart is it can be repaired. If it breaks they call Hobart to come and fix it for them. When they call Hobart they usually have several things for them to do on that service call.
The microwaves you provided a link to are very old and scratched and the exterior is damaged. Not something which would look nice in your home. The control panel on these are made for multiple servings....not for popcorn or coffee.
I would think in one of these ovens you could pop 3 ounces of popcorn in 2.5 minutes and in my little personal microwave with only 700 Watts it takes 3.5 minutes.
Is it worth the buy? Only if you want to use it in a commercial setting. The better of the two....the first one is in better cosmetic condition but costs more. I would not purchase either of these without first contacting the seller and asking them lots of questions....like, what the over all size is, when it was manufactured, what the control panel has, what type of establishment was it used in, is it in working order now...............
